Christmas Eve

Here we are sitting in a winter wonderland on the eve a very special day. Our thoughts and prayers go out to friends, family, to those in need and who are not. May your Christmas and holidays be filled with love, happiness and good thoughts for those around you. Please open a special place in your heart for our service men and women; military, police, fire and rescue, and for those that go out of their way to help. It is a time for giving, sharing and joy. Find the good in everyone and in every act.

May your faith keep you healthy and wise. May you be blessed and share your blessings with others.

Stay safe, keep your faith and believe.

God Bless and Merry Christmas!

Leavenworth Events and Lodging

If your weekend get away brings you to Leavenworth, WA, remember - winter driving conditions are in effect. Although there is now snow in the passes and snowfall has been little and far between, conditions can and do change at a moments notice.

Be prepared! Carry chains, know how to install them; always travel the passes with a full tank of fuel, you never know if you will be stopped on the pass; bring an extra change of warm clothes, carry a first aid kit, road flares, check tire pressure in your spare tire, have a map of the area you are traveling, don't rely on navigational devices such as Tom - Tom, Garvin, Map Quest; if spending the night, make a reservation BEFORE traveling.

Festival weekend accommodations fill quickly and early. Sometimes needing to book a month or more in advance is not uncommon. You may want to verify you have a reservation, request a confirmation notice and make sure you are not double booked.

Festival times are very special; come enjoy and relax, but please come prepared.
